Policies:
At Solé Spa we are committed to your well-being inside and out! Therefore we take your treatments times very seriously! We ask that you arrive at your appointment times promptly and if you are running late give us as much notice as possible. We understand things come up so in the case that you are unable to make it to your appointment, please notify us within 24 hours or as soon as possible!
We will gladly accept unused / unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt.
Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Solé Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for CASH or PRODUCTS! No Show gift certificates appointments forfit the full value of the gift certificate.
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, American Express, Discover, and Personal Checks. Returned checks carry a penalty of $35.
